Returns

The node guarantees all its products in case they are delivered damaged. In this case, the buyer must return or mail the damaged items within 30 days to the company's headquarters for replacement. In case the buyer chooses to post them, he will be charged for any postage costs that may arise. Returns are only accepted for replacement and not for a refund.

Order cancellation

The buyer has the right to cancel the order by phone or email within 24 hours or before the order is shipped.
